About Concierge Travel Services By Ole Nordhavn

Concierge Travel Services is a member of Cruise & Travel Experts, a Signature leader in global travel. I am a member of CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) and participate in cruise industry seminars and continuing education programs to stay on top of current trends in the cruise industry.

I joined my husband, Ole, in our travel business about 4 and a half years ago, when I retired from my corporate career as an account manager for a large national benefits and payroll company. My experiences at that position has served me well in transitioning into my role at Concierge Travel Services.

When I joined Concierge Travel Services my main responsibilities includes CRM and data base management, including client payments and invoicing. I am also involved in sales and marketing. In addition to my basic office duties, I have built my own small group of clients for whom I am their personal concierge travel advisor and work with them from vacation research, booking, to post trip follow-up.

As husband and wife we both have a passion for travel and have been fortunate to have cruised and traveled to many worldwide destinations. Although travel is very important to me I also enjoy colored pencil coloring, gardening, and shopping in my free time.

My wife and I have traveled extensively around the United States and around the World. I have traveled to 43 of the 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Our land travels have included, Australia, New Zealand, China, Most of Europe including Ireland, England, and Scotland. We have cruised with Royal Caribbean, NCL, Princess, Viking, and Carnival. We have cruised the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Adriatic, North Sea, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Northeast U.S., Mexico, South America and Viking European River cruises. We have toured on our own, with group tours and tours that we put together with friends and family. We have been traveling consistently for over 50 years with me organizing most of our travel. Travel is a passion for the both of us and we love to help fellow travelers when and where ever we can. I became a travel agent to pass my knowledge and experience to my fellow travelers in the hope that they will develop the passion to explore and have new adventures through touring.
